This issue is persistent since.......... ever. I'm currently on Ubuntu
13.10 x64 and whenever I start or resume from suspend I have to do a
manual "compiz --replace". Hot corners don't work, overall Compiz isn't
responding.

Will there be a fix for such an old bug anytime soon?
