[Bug 1314825] [NEW] Workspace shortcut malfunctioning, wrong workspce chosen

Public bug reported:

When using the workspace switcher, the wrong workspace might get
selected depending on the mouse position when using the Super+s
shortcut. Obviously the user must have more than one workspace. Steps to
reproduce the bug:

1) Click on the workspace switcher.
2) You are now able to see all the workspaces. The workspace you are currently on is highlighted.
3) Drag your mouse to another workspace, but *don't click* anywhere. This means that the workspace you are working is highlighted, but your mouse is hovering on another workspace.
4) Use the shortcut: Super+s
5) Result: The workspace where the mouse is hovering on is opened.
6) Expected behaviour: the highlighted workspace should be opened.

This is annoying when using the Super+s shortcut to quickly glance at
all the workspaces, and to close the overview mode quickly. If the mouse
is in the wrong position, my screen gets sent to a random workspace.
