Is it possible that this patch affects performance of unredirected fullscreen OpenGL applications?
I'm pretty sure that I have micro stuttering (or something similar) in Teeworlds after applying this patch (using the PPA), at least if VSync is enabled in Teeworlds (not sure about non-VSync).
GTX 650 Ti Boost; nvidia proprietary 334.21
