Open CCSM -> Commands
Set a custom command in there, with a key bound to it
This works fine.
Time passes, command no longer works, it's missing from CCSM, so I re-set set it up.


I've not quite figured if it's a reboot / restart of session which triggers it or a software update which I install, as I don't often reboot.
