I have set up my 14.04 system to show menus in the application window
titlebar, rather than in the menubar. These become inaccessible during
use - when I flick the mouse up to the titlebar, the menu doesn't
appear. I can make them accessible again by moving the mouse to another
window and then returning to the misbehaving window.
