[Bug 899525] [NEW] Ampersand and angle brackets in sale order line description encoded twice in report PDF

Public bug reported:

In some reports the ampersand character and angle brackets can be
encoded twice, such that they appear in the resulting PDF as "&",
"<" or ">".

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a database and install the "sale_layout" module.
2) Create a new Sales Order, and add a sales order line with a description such as "A & <B>".
3) Save the sales order.
4) From the reports menu on the right, choose the "Order with Layout" report.

Result observed:
* The resulting PDF contains the description as "A &amp; &lt;B&gt;".

Result expected:
* The resulting PDF should contain the description "A & <B>".

Tested on OpenERP 6.0.3 on Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
