** Description changed:

- it shows two time this wiz and when click on apply second time it will
- give an error.
+ If I have tried to install chart of account then it will gives a following constraint  message.
+ "Tax name must be unique for company"
+ After that I have faced this error MSG also.
+ Correct following red fields !

Bug description:
  If I have tried to install chart of account then it will gives a following constraint  message.
  "Tax name must be unique for company"
  After that I have faced this error MSG also.
