Title:
  Can not Install chart of account

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If I have tried to install chart of account then it will gives a following constraint  message.
  "Tax name must be unique for company"
  After that I have faced this error MSG also.
  Correct following red fields !
