  can't Add a internal note in state in_progress

Bug description:
  step:-

  1] install Event
  2] open a form view Marketing/Events Organisation/Registrations tab Emails
  3] click on Add internal Note and then in wizard add your note and change a state to in_progress add click add
  so it's give AttributeError: 'event.registration' object has no attribute 'case_open'
