Hello,

I have faced the problem when I have gives a minimum quantity ="1.0" on
supplier tab and If I give the minimum quantity ="0.0", it is working
fine. I have attached a screen-shot for that.

So I am confirming this only for screen-shot2 's issue which is working
fine witch trunk.

I have attached a screen-shot for trunk also.

  Steps to reproduce:

  [SALES]
  Create new Unit 100PCE = 1PCE * 100
  Create Product "A" with a price of 1.0
  Add Supplier "S" to product "A" with settings : 
  - Minimal quantity 1.0
  - UOM: 100PCE

  [WAREHOUSE]
  Create new Procurement Exceptions
  Select product "A" and quantity 11.0 (and fill other mandatory fields)
  Confirm and run procurement

  [PURCHASE]
  Go to Requests for Quotation and see that:

  Scheduled Date 	Description 	Quantity 	Product UOM 	Unit Price 	Subtotal
  12/28/2011 	[000000001] ProductA 	100.00 	100PCE 	1100.00 	110000.00 

  In 6.0.3 the result is:
  Scheduled Date 	Description 	Quantity 	Product UOM 	Unit Price 	Subtotal
  12/28/2011 	[000000001] ProductA 	100.00 	PCE 	11.00 	1100.00 

  
  NB: if Minimal quantity is set to 0 then the result is:
  Scheduled Date 	Description 	Quantity 	Product UOM 	Unit Price 	Subtotal
  12/28/2011 	[000000001] ProductA 	11.00 	100PCE 	1100.00 	12100.00
