  [R6.1 rc1]: Project Mgt: Gantt view: always showing 100% completion on
  tasks

Bug description:
  Using OpenERP R6.1 rc1

  Installed scrum and longterm planning

  When I look at the gantt chart view, showing the tasks. They are all
  showing that the tasks are 100% completed, even though it is not the
  case.

  When I open the task in form view, the percentage of completion is
  calculated correctly in the progress bar
