  [TRUNK] Help on actions should be shown on form view.

Bug description:
  IMHO, Field "help" for ir.actions.act_widow should be shown on form
  view, in this way is easiest translate for en users.

  it mean just add

                              <newline/>
                               <field name="help"/>

  To correct xml file.
