Hello,

I have tested again this scenario with dutch chart (without demo data),
but all are working fine.

So I am closing this issue and woulds please try with the latest updated
code, If you still faced the problem then you can reopen this with more
information.

Title:
  [TRUNK] Account - Install default options give: Tax Name must be
  unique per company!

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  HEllo.

  Installing Account apps trought web give this error:

  "Tax Name must be unique per company! "

  IMHO, we are having an error on excecute method on install wizard.
