Thanks for noticing! Actually, it's this file missing, plus the directory it is in, from when I copied the docs over to the new server edition:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openupgrade-committers/openupgrade-server/6.1/files/head:/openerp/openupgrade/doc/source/images

So the proper fix would be to create this directory with that image file in it.
