Sorry to hear there has been some trouble in the channel lately :( I
think having a wiki page is a great idea. If the rules are written down
then there can be no excuses/arguments.

I have mixed feelings about the above. The relaxed-rational-nice side of
me thinks it is completely fine, but then the
time-sensitive-grumpy-old-git side of me thinks, why should an OP have
to waste so much of his/her time dealing with someone who has shown no
respect for their fellow users? Is that user really worth all the
distraction/diruption? Not suffering fools gladly, is all I am trying
to say :/ Having said that, you may have noticed I am not the biggest
IRC user in the group, so I am happy to go with the flow :)
