Title:
  OpenStack Compute Starter Guide should be explicitly named "... with
  Ubuntu"

Status in OpenStack Book for Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  A Google search result for "add image" led me to
  http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content
  /starting-images.html

  As far as I can tell 'uec-publish-tarbal' is not a OpenStack command.
  The OpenStack way would be to use 'glance add'. This is just one
  example.

  == Possible Solution ==

  Rename "OpenStack Compute Starter Guide" to "OpenStack Compute Starter
  Guide with Ubuntu"
