Cuneiform Linux 0.9.0 is released

Hi all

The new release is out. The biggest new feature is that now you can
use CF as a library. It comes with a header file and everything.

Next the project will most likely be renamed, probably to "OpenOCR".
This is due to the request of Cognitive who own the trademarks to
Cuneiform and other terms used in the project.
