[Bug 568137] Re: license details about Addfiles
The only people who can tell for sure are Cognitive developers. I have
been thinking of nuking the files altogether because they are not used
for anything and probably no longer even work.

Bug description:

license.txt states a BSD 3 Clause lecese. But the files under API_PUMA directory do not have copyright information stated in the headers/comments.
As far as I understand this is windows-target specific files. Are these files covered by the cuneform_src/Addfiles/license.txt? If yes they should have similar BSD clause in the headers.
I'm working on getting the 0.9 into debian & ubuntu. Previously this directory was excluded from the tarball as distributed by Debian source package.
