[Bug 2110542] [NEW] Function "open in terminal" available under right mouse button in filemanager no longer works

Public bug reported:

When right mouse button is clicked somewhere in file list view in file
manager, there's a menu with an option to open terminal in the current
directory. This is broken after the last update - the terminal is always
opened in home directory.
