Bug description:
  After upgrading my system to 25.04 evolution does not display and mail
  content anymore, starting it from CLI I can see:

  WebKitWebProcess:2): Gdk-WARNING **: 15:10:47.347: Failed to read
  portal settings: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied:
  Portal operation not allowed: Could not to open '/proc/pid/42963':
  Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

  every time I switch to a new mail message ...

  There is no /proc/pid directory on my machine at all ...
