  * Set net.ipv4.ping_group_range sysctl in autopkgtests (Closes: #1085289)
    Thanks to Fernando for providing the MR.
  * Add procps for sysctl as Dependency for the autopktests.
  * Import Catalan debconf translation, thanks to Carles Pina for providing
    them via a MR.
  * Bump SV to 4.7.2 - no changes.
  * Bump d/copyright years.
  * Remove unneeded lintian overrides. 
  * Drop obsolete alternate dependency lsb-base.
