[Bug 2112653] [NEW] Lenovo Legion 7 Pro with RTX 5090 Laptop showing display corruption when in discrete mode

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 25.04 with RTX 5090 Laptop, the screen shows corruption,
nvidia-smi doesn't see any NVIDIA GPUs, and when in hybrid mode, while
Intel GPU is working, I still can't access NVIDIA GPU.

Nvidia SMI output:
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.
