The Nvidia kernel module is not loading and you have many of these messages in dmesg:
"Loading of module with unavailable key is rejected"

That most likely means you didn't properly sign the Nvidia (and possibly
other 3rd party) kernel modules for use with SecureBoot.

Please make sure you sign the modules and have the key  enrolled in your
BIOS/EFI.

Title:
  Lenovo Legion 7 Pro with RTX 5090 Laptop showing display corruption
  when in discrete mode

Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers-575 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu 25.04 with RTX 5090 Laptop, the screen shows corruption,
  nvidia-smi doesn't see any NVIDIA GPUs, and when in hybrid mode, while
  Intel GPU is working, I still can't access NVIDIA GPU.

  Nvidia SMI output:
  NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.
