  Shotwell needs new API scopes for Google Photos

Status in shotwell package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Google has refined their API scopes for photos, currently it is not
  possible anymore to publish to Google Photos.

  0.32.11 will fix this, please consider back-porting
