[Bug 2098971] Re: Launching AppImages fails in Plucky

 

Thank you for your bug report. The error seems similar to bug #2111807.
Could you check your journalctl log for apparmor denial and copy those
in the report?

  Launching AppImages fails in Plucky

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Launching any AppImage in Plucky results in an error message in the
  console:

  fusermount: mount failed: Permission denied

  Cannot mount AppImage, please check your FUSE setup.
  You might still be able to extract the contents of this AppImage 
  if you run it with the --appimage-extract option.

  open dir error: No such file or directory
