  Pull DEP8 tests from src:libyang2

Status in libyang package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The libyang source package went through some renames (src:libyang2 ->
  src:libyang3 -> src:libyang), but the autopkgtests were left in
  src:libyang2. This bug is to copy them back into src:libyang.
