Public bug reported:

Please remove raqm on i386 from questing because excuses says:

> Issues preventing migration:
> missing build on i386: libraqm-dev, libraqm0 (from 0.10.2-1)

raqm appears to no longer be needed on i386 since both pillow and
supertux are not currently built on i386

$ reverse-depends src:raqm
Reverse-Depends
===============
* python3-pil                   (for libraqm0)
* supertux                      (for libraqm0)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends -b src:raqm
Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* pillow                        (for libraqm-dev)
* supertux                      (for libraqm-dev)
