Doesn't seem like a codec issue since I can fix it just by changing
GSK_RENDERER to any value other than "vulkan". Usually "ngl" or "cairo".

Bug description:
  Mouse & Touchpad animations are corrupt in gnome-control-center
  49~beta and 49~rc. But curiously only on Intel Lunar Lake so far, so
  it seems like a codec or driver issue.
