[Bug 2122093] [NEW] Moving files does not update folder view (Ubuntu 25.04, Ext4 partition)

Wayland GUI
apt-cache show mutter | grep Version
Version: 48.1-1ubuntu3.1
Version: 48.1-1ubuntu3

How to reproduce
-----------------

Create a folder A
create a folder B
Create a files (echo "test" > test)
Show the folders as a tree
Move one file from  one to the other folder
Both files are now shown while the file does actually not exists.
Press F5 to refresh
The moved file is gone (this view is now correct)

This is not 100% reproduceable, but happens very very frequently (> 50% of the time)
Also similar issues exits with deleting files, copy/paste etc...

This is very basic UI issue and confuses the user which files actually exist.
