[Bug 2122441] [NEW] plocate will scan /afs network file system by default

Public bug reported:

by default when installed with apt install plocate, the scanner will
still scan/walk /afs even with the default configuration to avoid AFS
based on the mount point type.

Unclear why afs mount point type is still not excluded from the PRUNEFS
specification, however adding /afs to the excluded paths is an easy fix.

Because AFS is always/typically isntalled at /afs, please update the default configuration to:
PRUNEPATHS="/afs /tmp /var/spool /media /var/lib/os-prober /var/lib/ceph /home/.ecryptfs /var/lib/schroot"

** Affects: plocate (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
