[Bug 828783] [NEW] [GTK3] Choosing individual software source doesn't show it in the navigation bar

1. Launch USC.
2. From the “All Software” menu, choose “Canonical Partners”.
What happens: The "Canonical Partners" screen appears.
What should happen: "All following items in the navigation bar should
slide to the right, making room for a “Canonical Partners” item,
highlighted, between “All Software” and “Installed”."
