[Bug 830297] [NEW] GtkSwitch is unusable when added to primary toolbar.

Public bug reported:

If a GtkSwitch widget is added to a primary toolbar, it becomes unusable with
left click. Right click and keyboard control works fine but left click starts
to drag the toolbar and as a result the whole window.

This problem does not exist of any other widget I tried. Also, it goes away if
I don't use a Gtk3 theme.

** Affects: gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
