[Bug 830681] [NEW] Backgrounds inconsistent between home screen, list views, and software item screens

1. Go to the home screen.
2. Choose a category that uses a list view, e.g. "System".
3. Navigate to a software item.

What you see:
1. The background is grey with white dots.
2. The background is white.
3. The background is grey with no dots.

What you should see: The background should be consistent.
