Title:
Backlight brightness is not restored from battery to AC

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

With "reduce backlight brightness" set in the battery settings of
gnome power manager the brightness is correctly reduced while on
battery, but when I switch back to AC is not restored to the level set
in the corresponding tab (if I click on the slider the screen goes
back to the correct brightness level).

  Maverick RC, gnome-power-manager 2.32.0-ubuntu1
