  Brightness eys don't work and brightness applet can't connect to
  Gnome-power-manager

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  I can change the brightness by using "echo 76 | sudo dd
  of=/proc/acpi/video/VGA/LCD/brightness" for instance, but nothing else
  works. Not a huge problem, just trying to be a good tester!
