  Battery is always discharging

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  
  My bug report is almost the same as this one
  #583910 Power manager mistakenly thinks the battery is discharging.

  In my case, Battery is actually discharging.

  AC adaptor is plugged in and is detected by the hardware. Indication
  light is on.

  Battery is charging when Turned off and plugged in.

  When I login to Ubuntu 10.10 Amd64, it starts to discharge. And is
  quicker than normal discharge.
