Title:
Computer Immediately resumes from standby
Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Since I started running Maverick when I attempt to suspend my computer
it doesn't always work. What happens is I press my power which is set
to initiate standby and the computer suspends and within a half second
kicks back on and I'm prompted with my lock screen.
This problem also arises when I attempt to enter standby using the top
right panel menu.
It does not happen every time but it happens enough to be a concern.
