1. Install Ubuntu.
2. Launch a GTK3 application such as Text Editor.
3. Choose "File" > "Save".

What you see: A "Save As" dialog containing two lists that are both too
short to display *any items at all*.

What you should see: The dialog should be large enough to be useful by
default.
