  No way to return from fullscreen (top menu doesn't appear)

Status in “vinagre” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: vinagre

  In Jaunty, when using vinagre fullscreen, you can move your mouse
  pointer to the top of the screen and then the top menu appears. You
  can return to windowed mode, change zoom, send ctrl-alt-del, things
  like that.

  In Karmic, this menu seems to be present (thin gray line at top of
  screen) but it doesn't appear when you move your mouse pointer to the
  top of the screen. And since vinagre captures all keystrokes, I don't
  know how to return from fullscreen, other than killing vinagre from a
  tty.
