Message #02450
[Bug 832265] [NEW] [GTK3] Down key doesn't work as expected in list view
Public bug reported:
software-center-gtk3 trunk r2172, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. Launch USC.
2. Press Tab twice to navigate to "Accessories", and press Enter.
3. Press Down.
What happens: The order of all the items changes (because the sort menu
was focused).
What should happen: The first item is selected.
But, if we do that, then we also need to solve two other problems:
* how to avoid selecting an item in the list by default (because that's ugly)
* how to make the sort menu easily keyboard-accessible.
So, I don't know yet how this should work.
** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Assignee: Matthew Paul Thomas (mpt)
Status: New
