[Bug 833195] [NEW] [GTK3] Home screen "New" tiles don't work (AttributeError: 'PackageStatusBar' object has no attribute 'create_colors')

1. Launch USC, or go to the home screen.
2. Click on one of the applications.
What happens:
* The Back button becomes sensitive, but the application screen doesn't appear.
