Public bug reported:

As you can see in the attached screenshot, there are no accounts listed
in the Online Accounts part of the GNOME Control Center shipped in
Oneiric. I currently have a number of Chat and Gwibber accounts set up
and working well, so those accounts should be visible. When I try to add
an account by clicking the + button it only shows Google as a provider.
