[Bug 833735] [NEW] ICQ contact stays offline

Public bug reported:

Some contacts are allways offline. In my case ICQ-contacts. I can't add
them again or re-authorize them. When I pack them in a meta-contact, the
messages from the offline-account still show the contacts nickname, not
my written alias for that contact.
