Message #04935
[Bug 834194] [NEW] New event in thunderbird/lightning: Pre-filled date sticks at "old" day after midnight
Public bug reported:
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS
Release: 10.04
thunderbird:
Installiert: 3.1.11+build2+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1
Kandidat: 3.1.11+build2+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1
I noticed this when creating a new event in Thunderbird/Lightning
shortly after midnight: The pre-filled values for time said 1:00-2:00
AM, but the date stuck at the day before (i.e. the pre-filled values
lead to creating an event yesterday). Thunderbird had been running the
whole day before.
After restarting Thunderbird and adding a new event again, the pre-
filled date matched the actual date.
I suppose, the date-retrieval may only be performed when starting the
program.
