[Bug 834847] [NEW] Banshee does not copy files from removable media into the library and gives no feedback when they're missing

Public bug reported:

I added several mp3 files from a USB disk to Banshee's media library in
Ubuntu 11.04. Playing these worked fine, but then I removed the USB
disk and found that clicking on any of these songs resulted in no
response whatsoever from Banshee. Digging further, it became clear that
Banshee had not copied the files off the USB disk into the library.

There are two bugs here. One is that Banshee should copy, or prompt to
copy, files from removable media. Alternatively, it could ask for the
removable disk with the same serial number or properties that the files
came from when the tracks cannot be found.

The second bug is that when Banshee cannot find a track, it should
produce some sort of visible error.

** Affects: banshee (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
