Title:
Main Menu in GNOME panel (when it's on the right) renders arrows
  incorrectly.

Status in “gtk+2.0” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
When I click on the Main Menu button (that is, the button with the
Ubuntu logo that shows all categories of applications, places, system,
and log out options) in GNOME panel when it's on the right, the arrows
for each menu item point to the right but menus expand to the left.
