Title:
  Gtk themes are not applied to all windows when selected using
  System->Preferences->Appearence

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

  After performing an automatic "security" update it was no longer
  possible to change the Gtk controls theme through
  System->Preferences->Appearance.

  When selecting a theme, the window borders would change but not the
  Gtk controls, which just stayed same old "redmond" style.

  I'm attaching 3 screenshots:

  Screenshot2.png: I've changed theme to "Dust Sand", notice how the
  style of the "Appearance Preferences" window change and the window
  borders of the "Appearance Properties" change, BUT NOT THE CONTROLS.

  Screenshot3.png: Using gtk-theme-switch2 as a workaround ("Theme Dock"
  window) to change the theme of the Gtk controls.
