Title:
Hardware certification's test for "Cut" in Calculator test not
appropriate
Status in “gcalctool” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gcalctool
In Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10, the edit choices are Copy,Paste,Undo,Redo. there is no Cut option.
Although Ctrl + X will cut the highlighted item in the calculator display panel successfully in Ubuntu 10.10 Cut is not one of the choice presented. As for Ubuntu 10.04 Ctrl + x will not cut the highlighted item in the calculator display. Since "Cut" is not one of the menu choices it is suggested that the "Cut" step be eliminated from the Calculator Test
