[Bug 840339] [NEW] Asked to unlock keyring after auto-login even when connection is available to all users

Public bug reported:

Expecting:
When I set Oneric Beta to log in automatically, upon connecting to a secured wireless network (where the key is stored in a keyring), I should be asked for the keyring passphrase. When going into network-manager and setting "Available to all users", the
keyring passphrase dialog should not come up.

What actually happens:
Log in automatically, keyring passphrase comes up regardless of if the connection is available to all users.
