[Bug 1421995] [NEW] Utopic just pushed Thunderbird 36.0 but there are no compatible Lightning plugins

Public bug reported:

For some reason, the version pushed by the Utopic repository pushed a
version 36.0 that is beyond beta (currently at 34.0) and close to
"earlybird" at version 37.0. Consequently, the add-on Thunderbird is
not available for this version. Mozilla provides Thunderbird for the
"earlybird" and "beta" but not version 36. In fact, poking around in
Mozilla I cannot find version 36 of Thunderbird. Solution should be for
the Utopic repository to revert to the latest stable version (31.4.0) of
Thunderbird. There are other ppa's available for a user to find a newer
version of Thunderbird.

** Affects: thunderbird (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
